Definitions

“Data Protection Laws”

Means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, who can be identified, directly or indirectly, such as a name, identification number, location, online identifier.

The personal data we currently collect may include the following:

Under Data Protection Laws, the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  • We have a contractual obligation: We process your personal data to fulfil contractual obligations.
  • We have a legal obligation: We are obligated to retain certain information due to legal requirements, such as for tax and business regulations.
  • We have a legitimate interest. The legitimate interests can be our own interests or the interests of third parties.   • the individual clearly has no intention to exercise their right of access.
  • the request is malicious in intent and is being used to harass an organization with no real purpose other than to cause disruption.
  • the request is clearly or obviously unreasonable.; the request should be proportionate when balanced with the burden or costs involved in dealing with the request.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

 

Third-Party Policy Statements

Microsoft Clarity: We improve our products and advertising by using Microsoft Clarity to see how you use our website. By using our site, you agree that we and Microsoft can collect and use this data. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. WordPress-Native Policies

Comments or Reviews: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. If you leave a comment or review, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Administrators of the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies: If you leave a comment or review on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave future submissions. These cookies will last for one year.
