This Extra-Large Book Truck/Transfer Cart (1010) is perfect for collecting all materials dropped into your drop box. This cart fits our 1010 cabinets and has a gentle drop, no-tip, depressible floor. Easily wheel the cart from your cabinet as this cart features a hoop handle and smooth rolling, floor safe, non-marking polyurethane tread casters (front two swivel) to make transporting books easy.

Return Eligibility
Due to the intended use of take-back products for collecting post-consumer waste and other regulated materials:
All sales are final once products leave our facility.
Returns are prohibited except in the following circumstances, where ARXG may approve a replacement, refund, or store credit at its sole discretion:
- Product(s) arrive damaged due to a manufacturing defect
- Product(s) have manufacturing errors or defects
- Product(s) arrive damaged during transit due to shipping error
Once products leave our facility, no returns will be accepted under any other circumstances.
Order Modifications
Order changes and cancellations are accepted only while products remain in our custody at our facility.
Once an order has left our facility, no cancellations, modifications, or returns will be accepted. This policy exists to protect both our employees and customers from unacceptable safety risks and to ensure compliance with federal regulations governing take-back programs for controlled substances and hazardous materials.
To request an order modification or cancellation while your order is still in our facility, please contact our Customer Service team and provide the following information:
- Customer contact information
- Order number
- Specific changes requested
Submitting a Request
All return requests must include:
- Customer contact details
- Order number
- Detailed description of manufacturer error or damage
- Photographic evidence of defect or damage
- Written or verbal confirmation that product has never been deployed or used
Additional requirements:
- Customer must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Return authorization must be obtained before returning any items
- Product must be received completely free of any contaminants, controlled substances, or hazardous materials
- Product must never have been used, opened, or exposed to any waste materials
- Products must remain in original, sealed packaging with all safety seals intact

Common Freight Carrier
You will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number(s) once the item ships.
A loading dock or forklift is required for standard delivery. If you do not have either of these items available, liftgate service is required for delivery.
Common Freight Carriers require an additional fee if your location is considered LIMITED ACCESS. Examples include: schools, construction sites, hospitals, or any gated facility.
